01Who is responsible

Vibeo is a trading name of Georgios Maliakas (Μαλιακάς Γεώργιος του Μόσχου), a sole proprietorship registered in Greece. VAT number (ΑΦΜ) 161500668, General Commercial Registry (ΓΕΜΗ) number 158288903000.

02What we collect

When you send the project enquiry form: your name, email address, business name (optional), the type of project, your description, and optionally a budget range and timeline. When you email or call us: the details you choose to share.

When you visit the site: our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, to deliver the pages and keep the service secure.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

03Why we use it, and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal — taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To keep our correspondence and protect the website against abuse — our legitimate interest in running the business safely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you become a client, to issue invoices and keep the records Greek tax and accounting law requires (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

04Cookies and local storage

The site sets no cookies. If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers it; it never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

The office map on the contact page is provided by OpenStreetMap. When the map loads, your browser connects to openstreetmap.org, which receives your IP address under its own privacy policy. Videos, images and fonts are served from our own website.

05Who receives your data

Only service providers that help us run the website and our email, acting on our instructions: our website host Netlify, Inc., which also receives and stores enquiry form submissions (Netlify Forms) and forwards them to our inbox, and our email provider. Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area; transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

We never sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

06How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months of our last contact. Client records are kept for as long as Greek tax and accounting law requires. Server logs kept by our host are deleted automatically after a short period.

07Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Email info@vibeo.gr and we will reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα), Kifisias 1–3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr.

08Security

The site is served only over HTTPS, uses a strict content security policy and loads no third-party scripts. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need them to answer you.

09Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
